Shipping and Return Policies
At Bodywear Boutique, we understand both the stress and joy of online shopping. Information about shipping, returns, and exchanges can be found below.
Holiday Shipping and Returns:
Please allow an extra 2 days in addition to our normal shipping times below during the holidays. Purchases made during December may be returned until January 31, 2012. All other shipping and return policies below remain in place.
Regular shipping can take 2-4 business days and "two day" can take 1-3 business days not including the day the order is placed. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays observed by the United States Postal Service. We ship via United States Postal Service. Once payment is received from your credit card issuer, in stock items are usually shipped the next business day. We cannot be responsible for items after we receive delivery confirmation from the carrier. If you would like signature confirmation as a shipping option, please contact us at 800-617-2115.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from receipt. Items Marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for any reason. Garments must not be worn or washed and must have tags attached. Garments that have been laundered or altered may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Exchanges will be shipped to you for free. Please fill out the Return Authorization Card included with your order.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to ship internationally at this time.
