This pant is made of Supplex fabric and has a flat waistband with cinched seams on each hip.  It has 2 stripes of white piping down each leg with a zipper that opens from the bottom to reveal a mesh insert.  This pant can be worn as a bootleg, or as a flare!  Very cute!
